Enhancers
1. Each Enhancer has its own Registration number, and may be appointed to any member of a guild, ONLY by a Grand Commander (GC). This Registration must be placed in life scrolls. Without said information, in the persons profile at the time of verification the use of the enhancer(s) are illegal. (proctors are encouraged to take screen prints of said information.)
2. Enhancers may be used in any style of combat, which is approved by the AoRG.
3. In times of war, or an event, a combatant may not refuse to fight a person on the grounds that they wield an enhancer. Any such attempt is treated as a forfeit and full points will be awarded for the opposing guild.
4. Rights of Ownership: A Grand Commander which owns enhancers may at any given time, loan, sell, trade, and give their enhancers to any guild of their choice. They may even build a house out of their enhancers if they choose too. Thus is the rights of ownership, the enhancers are a guild's, to do with as they please. The only time Enhancers may not be loaned, is if the guild receiving them, is currently at, or about to engage in war, prior to the trading of War Rosters.
5. Intern Guilds: Intern guilds may only hold enhancers won in events. Guilds may not loan enhancers to an Intern guild for purposes of war, or event. Guilds may not gift enhancers to an Intern guild. Intern guilds may not purchase enhancers.
6. An AoRG member may carry up to three enhancers per guild in which he/she is a member.  However, he/she may only carry one offensive, one defensive, and one healing enhancer per guild.  They must be listed clearly in the member's life scroll under the guild which they are carried for.
    a. Example: BoB Enhancers: Dagger +2 Off S2323, Cloak +1 Def MS3923.
    b. Example: PoP Enhancers: Amulet +2 Def MS34822, Ring +1 Heal HS3493
7. You may only use the enhancers in which belong to the guild you are declaring to fight for in a match. I. E. If in an match you claim BoB as your guild, you may only use BoB enhancers.

Chancellor Vouchers
1. Upon completion of a probationary period, a new Chancellor will be awarded a VP gift equal in value to the cost of a +1 Enhancer.
    a. The gift is permanent and one time only gift; it is not subject to when/if you returned to the Chancellery.
2. The Chancellor may use the gift to benefit a guild of his or her choice in one of two ways.
    a. To pay for the purchase of a +1 enhancer.
    b. A gift of useable wealth to a guild of choice.
3. A +1 enhancer is considered personally owned and may be used by the Chancellor in any guild.
    a. Upgrades, paid for by a guild, will be considered nullified should the Chancellor switch allegiance to another guild.
    b. A refund may be awarded upon presentation of proof of expenditure.
4. If the VP is gifted to a guild as useable wealth, that gift is not subject to return under any circumstances.

Personal Enhancers
1. Personal enhancers may only be won through an event. In which the winner may use for any guild they wish.
2. Upgrades made to a personal enhancer, will attach the enhancer in upgrade only to the guild in which purchases it.
    a. Should the hold leave the guild, the cost of the upgrade will be refunded to the guild, and the enhancer will drop to its original strength.
3. Should the holder leave AoRG, the enhancer (minus any upgrades) will be returned to the guild in which won from.
    a. Should the guild no longer be within AoRG, the personal enhancer will be destroyed or placed for resale to the forum.

Disposition of Enhancers Should a Guild or Guild Member leave AoRG
1. Whenever a guild departs from membership in AoRG, their enhancers (except for personally owned items) automatically revert back the the armories of the forum.  Enhancers may also be given to allied guilds as gifts in which case ownership transfers to the recipient guild.  (See below for exceptions)

Variations based on terms of departure.

Dismissed Guild
If a guild is dismissed from AoRG, their enhanced items revert back to AoRG automatically.
AoRG may then dispose of them as is seen fit. They may be placed for sale or destroyed.

Withdrawn Guild
A guild which withdraws from AoRG voluntarily must return their enhancers to the forum.
These enhancers will be held safely for a period of 6 months.
If, during that time, a guild reapplies and is accepted, their enhancers will be returned to them.
If the guild does not reapply within the 6 month time frame, AoRG may dispose of the items in any manner it sees fit.

Personally Owned Enhancers (for members of departing guilds)
If the holder of a personally owned item remains active in an AoRG guild, their enhancer remains unchanged.
If the holder of a personally owned item does not remain active in an AoRG guild, their item is removed from the records of enhanced materials.
(Assumption the individual too their enhancer with them. See below)

OOC and other Considerations
Some individuals depart from AoRG for reasons beyond their control. If an individual encounters such a situation and hopes to return to the forum at a later time, they may request us to hold their personally owned enhancer safe against their eventual return. We will perform this courtesy for a period of up to one year maximum.

An individual (or guild ) may also leave their enhancers with another guild for safekeeping against their eventual return. A clearly written agreement must be on file describing the terms of this arrangement. Without such documentation, enhancers left in the keeping of another guild will be presumed the property of that guild.
