II. Qualifications to apply
for Non Combatant Status:
This is an individual choice in AoRG. Any member may request this
status for themselves. Guilds do not have the authority to render
anyone Non -Combatant. This does not however, have anything to do
with suspensions and the like.
Registration numbers will be assigned and need to be displayed
on rosters and lifescrolls. Being a universal status, applies to
all AoRG guilds you are a member of.
Your Grand Commander and preferably Second in Command must receive
copiesof your application to AoRG that you will be taking Non Combative
status.
III. Duration of NC status
Upon requesting NC status, you commit to that for a period of no
less than 6 months. If you do not ask to be removed after that time,
you will be left on the registry as we assume you wish to continue
to be -Non Combative.
You may not return to combative status for less than 6 months.
No re-application is required. To be removed from the list after
6 months, you must contact us and also alert any AoRG Grand Commander
of yours that you are changing back to combative status.

III. Exceptions
A. War
You may retain Non -Combative Status for wars alone and once done,
is applicable only for the duration of the war.
Typically this is not placed on the forum portal as wars do not
last for a 6 month period. This is ascertained by the warring guilds
and War Council and all appropriate measures taken to be sure that
all know you will be Non Combative for a particular war. You cannot
return to combative status once the war roster is handed in and
your NC status must be on the war roster and your lifescroll by
then.
No registrations are assigned for this temporary status. The arrangements
are made by the parties described above.
B. Pregnancy
People may retain temporary NC status and as long there are no
outstanding AA or BH contracts out on you at that time and it clearly
is not used to evade . After the contracts expire, you may apply
and must describe how long you expect to be pregnant . If it is
for 6 months or longer , please do use the usual method . It also
is an acceptable reason to choose not to be combative in a war or
an event that poses a hazard . Giving birth before a war is over
is not an acceptable reason to change status back to combative and
not allowed.
