I. Healer Delegate Registration - In order to become a Healer Delegate, one must:

A. Be a registered AoRG Healer for no less than 90 days with letter proof that contains the postage stamp (Time Stamp).
B. Pass a comprehensive examination on the Healer Delegate program, scoring no less than 90 percent.
C. Healer Delegate examinations may be requested from the Healer Chancellors. All GC’s/DGC’s of guild in which the applicant is a member should be copied on the request.
D. Test submissions should be sent ONLY to the Healer Chancellors and Tresvir.

II. Duties.

A. Craft or Upgrade Healing Enhancers

1. Healing enhancers are crafted/upgraded by placed order only and assigned to delegates via a rotating lottery.
2. Healer Enhancer Orders/Upgrades need to be sent from the purchasing guild’s Grand Commander and sent to the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, and AoRG Tresvir.
3. A delegate has 48 hours to respond to an enhancer upgrade/creation request, acknowledging if they wish to complete or pass on the opportunity.
4. A delegate has seven (7) days total to complete an order from the time that the order is sent to them by the Healing Chancellors.
     a. The 48 hour period to let the Healing Chancellors know whether a delegate can complete the order is not separate of the seven (7) days time.
5. Craftsmanship is up to the Delegate unless the order includes specific requests. A minimum amount of work is required per enhancement modifier (See Administration Mandates)
6. Delegates earn 10 percent commission on the sale of the enhancer to be paid to the guild of their choice.
7. The Lottery is designed to ensure fair distribution of enhancer orders. As each delegate is offered the opportunity to craft or upgrade an enhancer, they are removed to allow others the same opportunity. Once all have been given the opportunity, the Lottery begins again.  Delegates who fail to fill an order within the allotted time or refuse an order are also removed from the lottery until next lottery round.

B. Tutor Members Wishing to Become Registered Healers

1.  This requires meeting with the member to determine how best to help them gain a better understanding of the mandates. Tutoring will be assigned, via the Lottery, on an as-needed basis.

C. Teach Approved Healer Courses

1. Delegates may present teaching outlines to the Healer Chancellors. Outlines are expected to provide detailed content and presented in a manner that will allow any delegate to teach from it.

a. a. Course work must be approved by Healer Chancellory/Administration, then rest of of the Chancellory before being taught.

2. Scheduling will be voluntary (refer to AoRG Instruction for further information)

a. Please designate which guild is to be paid for instruction when you sign up to teach.
b. Advance notice is requested if you must cancel.

3. A header must be placed at the top of the class log sent to the students. The log must also be sent to Chancellery as well as all students in attendance.

III. Discipline - In the event a Delegate fails to complete his duties in a timely manner, the following penalties may apply:

A. A written warning
B. Mediation with the Healing Chancellors
C. Removal from the program

IV. Delegate Sales - Delegates are required to create test pieces as part of their examination. These test pieces will be sold as part of a semi-annual sale.

A. There will be two sales hosted by the Healing Chancellery in April and October.
B. Enhancers created for passing Delegate applications will be offered at the sales.
